Complaints
LINK has adopted a Complaint Process with a commitment to engage in and promote honest and ethical conduct and to provide full, fair, complete, accurate, timely and understandable resolutions to client complaints.

Upon receipt of the complaint, written acknowledgement of the complaint will be sent to you within five business days. The complaint will then be reviewed and responded to within three months of receipt by LINK. Should further time be required, LINK will provide an explanation, in writing, with an expected timeframe for LINK’s response.
If you are not satisfied with LINK’s decision, you may be eligible for the independent dispute resolution service offered by the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (“OBSI”). This service is available to LINK’s clients. This does not restrict your ability to take a complaint to a dispute resolution service of your own choosing and at your own expense.
