What is the role

The Manager of Implementations and Client Success is responsible for overseeing the successful implementations of registered group savings, retirement and pension plans (“Plans”). This position also requires the Administration of Zendesk.

The position requires extensive knowledge of successful registered group plan implementation and administration processes. In addition to strong communication skills, excellent customer implementation management skills and a commitment to exemplary client service is required to support sponsors and members.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute the implementation of new Sponsors Registered Plans end-to-end after contracts signed, maintaining communication throughout the course of the implementation to meet Sponsors expectations
  • Develop processes and identify opportunities to eliminate or streamline operational processes and workflows through actionable projects and roadmaps
  • Manage client expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services
  • Implement strategies and cross-training efforts
  • Track open issues and handle crisis situations leveraging your diverse experience and mature perspective
  • Guide and assist Client Success team to resolve sponsor and member success concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with product development team to ensure Link’s implementation processes meets client and regulatory requirements
  • Regularly interact with other teams, executives and the product organization for thought-leadership

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce with a focus in Finance and 5+ years of progressive experience with workplace registered savings and retirement plans
  • Direct experience with daily implementation and success aspects of registered group savings and retirement plans
  • Demonstrated knowledge of implementation and applicable client success requirements of registered group savings and retirement plans
  • Conviction of innovation, continual improvement and focus on operational efficiencies through digitization
  • Experience managing and growing a team by developing retention strategies and ensuring job satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requests with varying levels of importance and criticality
  • Experience with share purchase or stock option plans is an asset
  • Project management experience is an asset
